The number one way to show validity on social media
Let’s take a minute and talk about the modern-day consumer. For the longest time businesses had the advantage of owning information to persuade consumers to purchase their products or services and while this in itself wasn’t a bad thing, there were businesses that took advantage of that vulnerability of consumers for profits! Well, the invention of the Internet changed all that and allowed consumers to be empowered with the ability to access information easily.
SO think about your potential customer. They, on their own, will be doing their research on the topic of the product or service you offer. They will see a list of factors that are important to look for before purchasing this product or service. If they see that you are willingly educating your potential customers on these important factors and then show how your product or service is exceeding those expectations of those factors you have just added validity to your brand.
