We speak to so many business owners who don’t want to give away “their secrets“ they want to hold on to every bit of information because they’re afraid that their competition will rip them off. Yet, Over and over again I’ve actually seen this harm companies more than reward them.

No, I’m not saying you need to give up every ingredient in the secret sauce - however, your reluctance in sharing education can result in you coming off sketchy.
